SoulCare Groups were launched in the winter of 2022 in response to a felt need within Gospel Life Church in Puyallup, Washington. Coming out of the pandemic, many of our members struggled more than ever with a variety of issues (e.g.: anxiety, depression, addiction). Equipped with a growing team trained in Biblical Soul Care, we felt compelled to help our congregation couple their faith with everyday struggles. Thus, SoulCare Groups were born as one arm of our gospel-centered, biblical counseling ministry, dedicated to the care of souls. These groups offer both help and hope by pointing people to the resurrected Christ found in scripture.
